I provide individual and small group, customized fitness routines that are effective, exciting, never monotonous, and always fun! I train people of all ages and fitness levels in-person (in Fort Mill, SC) as well as online. I also provide unique wellness retreats in really cool places around the U.S. for a total mind-body experience. In addition I do comprehensive corporate fitness & wellness programs and upbeat group exercises classes.

    AMAZING WORKOUT TODAY (and every day that I take Molly's classes). Today she changed things up a bit by creating a fun, outdoor workout! It was a great calorie burner and so much fun. Thank you Molly for always bringing the creativity and fun to your workouts. It keeps us motivated and having a blast.

    Molly's KICKBOXING HIIT COMBO is AMAZING! It's an upbeat, high energy workout that leaves you feeling it in the best way. I always come away drenched in sweat with a feeling of accomplishment. The structure of the class is divided into 2 sections so the workout flies by. The music is always good and loud. The vibe is so encouraging, positive and in which all the women are supportive of one another. 5 STARS!!!

    Molly's Kickboxing HIIT Combo class is my favorite class!!!! If you haven't tried a class with Molly you are really missing out. She is a great instructor and motivator and while her classes will challenge you she always shows modifications! The people who attend are very encouraging and it's definitely a judgement free zone!!!! What are you waiting for???

    Molly is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic trainer who puts together a complete total body workout every single session! As a physical therapist, I value a trainer who can provide that individual attention within a group session and train clients through health challenges and/or recovery from injury through modification if needed. You don’t find that in other places. This Mixtape class was a great workout that addressed all muscle groups through flexibility training and strength training with cardio mixed in!!

    There are not enough words to adequately describe the greatness that is Molly and ExcelFit. Hands down they are the most dynamic workouts I’ve ever gotten, which probably explains why I’m in the best shape of my life - and that is not an exaggeration. Not only does Molly push you to be your best, but you are surrounded by a community of people who do the same. I have tried a large variety of exercises and classes and NONE of them compare to what I get from ExcelFit.

    This is one of my favorite classes that I look forward to every week! Molly always has the best workouts and every week it is different. This is such a challenging workout that is so unique. I encourage everyone to try this and if you have never taken a class by Molly you need too! She is fun, energetic and keeps you so motivated. She inspires so many and has a great tribe that follows her!
