This is an Outdoor Workout that's guaranteed to get you to burn calories, make you sweat, and build your muscle endurance. This session will take place in the grass and will include exercises with moments of incline and decline (hill climbing) as well as flat surface training. Modifications will be available.
Just bring yourself, a friend, and a towel.
Flex and Nala will have bottled water for $ 1.25.
