All levels welcome - no handstand experience necessary. Bring a mat or practice on the grass.
Primal Movement is my own blend of breath work, stretching, animal movements (great for handstand training!), and other various forms of minimalistic mind & body training.
Gymnastic rings and other bodyweight strength training tools will often be used during the strength & conditioning portion.
