This outdoor, power vinyasa class is open to all levels. Enjoy the outdoors while practicing yoga under the shade of towering trees and a gentle breeze. This 75 minute yoga class encompasses an opening meditation and breathing exercise (pranayama), followed by a 60 minute power yoga session to increase strength and flexibility. The class will end with a refreshing shavasana to bring us back into alignment and connected to earth. What a great way to start your Sunday!!
